| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声弹性成像在评估手法推拿治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈(CMT)临床疗效中的应用价值。方法:分析42例临床诊断为CMT的患儿,对比首次确诊时患侧胸锁乳突肌的超声弹性评分及手法推拿治疗3个月后患侧胸锁乳突肌的弹性评分变化。结果:手法推拿治疗前后,患侧胸锁乳突肌弹性评分的变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像可作为评估手法推拿治疗CMT疗效的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonic elastography in massage therapy for the children with congenital muscular torticollis.Methods:42 children with congenital muscular torticollis were analyzed.The elastic score of the affected side of the sternocleidomastoid muscle at the first diagnosis and the change of that after three months of the manipulation were compared.Results:Before and after manipulation,there was significant difference in the elastic score of the affected side of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.Conclusions:Ultrasound elastography can be used as an effective method to evaluate the therapeutic effect of manipulative therapy in children with congenital muscular torticollis. |
