患者安全胜任力自评量表的汉化及其在实习护生中的信效度评价

摘    要:目的 汉化患者安全胜任力自评量表,并在实习护生中应用以检验其信效度。方法 遵循 Brislin 翻译指南对量表进行汉化,采用德尔菲专家函询法进行跨文化调适,并于2020年9—11月采用便利抽样的方法选择河南省4家学校或医院501名实习的护生作为研究对象,采用中文版患者安全胜任力自评量表对其进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果 探索性因子分析共提取出7个公因子,累计方差贡献率为69.813%。7个公因子分别命名为安全护理认知、不良事件报告与应对、不良事件沟通、信息与循证护理实践、安全护理实践、安全护理职责、不良事件报告态度,共40个条目。中文版患者安全胜任力自评量表的内容效度指数为0.980,量表总Cronbach α系数为0.948,各维度的Cronbach α系数为0.870~0.916。不同性别、培养层次、实习医院级别的实习护生,其患者安全胜任力总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 中文版患者安全胜任力自评量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估实习护生患者安全胜任力的有效工具。

Abstract:Objective To translate patient safety competency self-rating scale (PSCSS) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in nursing students. Methods We followed the Brislin translation guidelines to translate the scale and adopted the Delphi method to conduct cultural adjustment. From September to November 2020, 501 nursing students from 4 colleges or hospitals in Henan province were selected as the research objects to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results Seven common factors were extracted after exploratory factor analysis, which were named as safe nursing perception, adverse event reporting and response, adverse event communication, information and evidence-based nursing practice, safe nursing practice, safe nursing responsibility, and adverse event reporting attitude. The Chinese version of the scale consisted of 40 items, and the content validity index was 0.980. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate was 69.813%; the Cronbach α coefficient of the total scale 0.948, and that of each dimension ranged from 0.870 to 0.916. There were statistically significant differences in the total scores of patient safety competency among trainee nursing students of different genders, training levels, and trainee hospital levels (P<0.01). Conclusion The Chinese version of PSCSS has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the patient safety competency of nursing students.
