重症急性胰腺炎的早期腹腔镜治疗

目的探讨在重症急性胰腺炎早期阶段行腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法回顾我院肝胆外科2007年3月—2010年5月对24例重症急性胰腺炎患者行早期腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料,并与同期32例非手术治疗患者的临床资料进行比较。结果腹腔镜治疗组患者具有腹胀缓解快、全身炎症反应减轻、胰腺假性囊肿等并发症少、住院时间短等优点。结论重症急性胰腺炎的早期阶段,部分腹腔积液的患者行腹腔镜手术治疗可明显减少并发症,加速患者的康复。

The early treatment of sever acute pancreatitis by laparoscope

Objective To analyze the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery for the sever acute pancreatitis(SAP) in early stage.Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with SAP treated by laparoscopic surgery from May 2007 to May 2010 in our department and compared with 32 non-surgery cases.Results LC group has the advantages such as abdominal distension ease faster,systemic inflammation relieve,less pancreatic pseudocyst,fewer complications and shorter hospitalization time.Conclusion In early stage,some ascites SAP patients can obviously reduce complications and accelerate the recovery by laparoscopic surgery.
