| 摘 要： | 目的了解平顶山市城乡居民艾滋病相关防治知识的知晓情况,为开展有针对性的行为干预工作提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取年龄在15～69岁的城乡常驻居民进行问卷调查。结果调查的995人中,10项艾滋病知识的总知晓率为75.68%,其中农村为69.84%,城市为81.62%。结论城市和农村居民在艾滋病防治相关知识的知晓方面存在明显差异。在艾滋病健康教育和健康促进中,应重视农村居民防治知识的提高,对重点人群开展有针对性的干预措施是今后健康教育工作的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide a basis for behavior intervention by analyzing the knowledge of AIDS prevention among urban and rural residents in Pingdingshan City.Methods By random sampling,total 1 000 urban and rural residents were chosen between the ages of 15 and 69.Results Totally 995 subjects were interviewed.The total knowledge rate of AIDS was 75.68%.The knowledge rate of the rural residents was 69.84% and that of the urban residents was 81.62%.Conclusion There was a significant difference in the knowledge rate of AIDS between the urban and rural residents.It is important to popularize AIDS knowledge among rural residents and carry on behavior intervention among high risk crowds. |
