早期应用气管插管、脐静脉插管抢救新生儿窒息

通过对316例窒息儿早期应用气管插管清除呼吸道深部的羊水及分泌物，必要时加压给氧，同时采用脐静脉插管用药这一抢救方法，对抢救不同程度的新生儿窒息，收到了临床恢复快的效果。经抢救，96．2%的患儿干出生后5～10min再次Apgar评分转为8～10分。产房助产师及产房护士应熟练掌握两种插管技术，为窒息婴儿早期复苏赢得宝贵时间，可避免发生新生儿严重的并发症及后遗症。

Application of trachea and umbilical vein tubing in early stage of neonate asphyxia

To clear out amniotic fluid and discharge from the lower part of the respiratory tract in neonates with asphyxia, we employed the method of trachea tubing combined with simutaneous umbilical vein tubing for medication in 316 cases of early neonate asphyxia. The results showed that the method was effective in saving neonates with asphyxia. 5-10 min after the method was employed, the Apgar scores became 8-10 in 92% of the cases. We believe that it is important for obstetricians and obstetric assistants to master both of the tubing techniques so that they can win the precious time for early resuscitation of neonates with asphyxia and avoid severe complications and sequelae.
