低功率微波对K562细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的探讨低功率微波影响K562细胞活力的机制。方法将二种频率的低功率微波作用于K562细胞,测定细胞存活率.监测联苯胺染色、其他组织化学染色情况及光镜下观察形态。实验分组为0、15、30、45、60、75、90min组共7组。结果与对照组相比,二种频率的低功率微波辐射15min、75min和90min组,K562细胞活性降低,各组的光镜下形态和相应的组织化学染色无明显差别。结论低功率微波幅射对K562细胞有抑制增殖的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism on the irradiation effect of low power microwave to human leukemic K562 cells.Methods K562 cells, irradiated by microwave at frequency of 38.5GHz of mean power density 2.0mw/cm2 or at frequency of 41.2GHz of mean power density 3.5mw/cm2,were divided into 7 groups according to the irradiation time(0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 min groups).
