煤工尘肺并发肺癌p53、p27kip1表达的研究

目的检测p53、p27kip1基因蛋白在煤工尘肺并发肺癌与非接尘肺癌中表达的差异及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测p53、p27kip1在32例煤工尘肺并发肺癌及30例非接尘肺癌中的表达。结果p53在煤工尘肺并发肺癌组阳性表达率为71．88％（23／32），非接尘肺癌组阳性表达率为43．33％（13／30），两者差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；p27kip1在煤工尘肺肺癌组高表达率为28．13％（9／32），在非接尘肺癌组高表达率为40．00％（12／30），两者差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。煤工尘肺并发肺癌组中有、无淋巴结转移者p53阳性表达率差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；非接尘肺癌组，其差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）。煤工尘肺肺癌组生存期≤18月者，与生存期〉18月者p53阳性表达差异有显著性（P〈O．05）；非接尘肺癌组p53阳性表达率在生存期≤18月者中明显高于生存期〉18月者，差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）。煤工尘肺并发肺癌组中有、无淋巴结转移者p27kip1高表达率差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。而非接尘肺癌组，其差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论p53、p27kip1是煤工尘肺并发肺癌患者的重要的调控基因，并可作为判断预后的重要参考指标。

Study on the expression of P53 P27kip1 gene in patients with ine workers pneumoconiosis and pulmonary cancer

Objective To detect the difference and its significance of the expression of P53,P27kip1 gene between in patients with mine workers pneumoeoniosis and pulmonary cancer and in patients with non dust-contact workers and pulmonary cancer. Methods The expression of P53 ,P27kip1 gene in 32 patients with mine workers pneumoeoniosis and pulmonary cancer and the expression of P53 ,P27kipl gene in 30 patients with non dust-contact workers and pulmonary cancer were detected with immunohistoehemistry. Results The positive ex- pression rate of P53 gene in patients with mine workers pneumoeoniosis and pulmonary eaneer was 71.88% （23/32）. The positive expression rate of t：＇53 gene in patients with non dust-eontaet workers and pulmonary eaneer was 43.33% （13/30）. There was signifieanee difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The high expression rate of P27kipl gene in patients with mine workers pneumoeoniosis and pulmonary eaneer was 28. 13% （9/32）. The high expression rate of P27kipl gene in patients with non dust-contact workers and pulmonary eaneer was 40. 00% （12/30）. There was no significance difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was significance differenee of the expression rate of P53 gene in patients with mine workers pneumoconiosis and pulmonary cancer between the ones whose survival time was not more than 18 months and those whose survival time was more than 18 months（P 〈0. 05） ;in patients with non dust-contact workers and pulmonary cancer,the positive expression rate of P53 gene in the ones whose survival time was not more than 18 months was more higher than in those whose survival time was more than 18 months,there was also signifieanee difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）
