实时三维超声心动图对冠心病心绞痛患者右心功能的评估作用

目的分析实时三维超声心动图在冠心病心绞痛患者右心功能评估中的临床价值。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月在我院接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者62例,设置为A组,另随机抽取我院同期61例健康体检者,设置为B组。比较两组研究对象及A组不同心功能分级患者的右心功能指标。结果 A组患者的RVEDV、RVESV、Am均高于B组,RVEF、Em、Em/Am均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级患者的RVEDV、RVESV、Am高于心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者,RVEF、Em、Em/Am低于心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05)。结论实时三维超声心动图可作为冠心病心绞痛患者右心功能评估的有效方式。

Effect of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in the assessment of right ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To analyze the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in the assessment of right ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 62 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and set as group A, and another 61 healthy persons with physical examination in our hospital at the same period were randomly selected and set as group B. The right ventricular function indexes between the two groups and patients with different cardiac function grading in the group A were compared. Results The RVEDV, RVESV and Am of the group A were higher than those of the group B, and the RVEF, Em and Em/Am of the group A were lower than those of the group B(P<0.05).In the group A, the RVEDV, RVESV and Am of patients with cardiac function grading Ⅲ-Ⅳ were higher than those of patients with cardiac function gradingⅠ-Ⅱ, and the RVEF, Em and Em/Am of patients with cardiac function gradingⅢ-Ⅳwere lower than those of patients with cardiac function gradingⅠ-Ⅱ(P<0.05). Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can be used as an effective way to evaluate the right ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
