半夏泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果

目的探讨半夏泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法将206例消化性溃疡患者按治疗方式分为对照组和研究组,各103例,对照组仅予以常规治疗,研究组予以半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,角色功能、认知功能、社会功能及躯体功能评分均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果显著,值得临床应用。

Clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on peptic ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on peptic ulcer. Methods A total of206 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into control group and study group according to the treatment mode, with 103 cases in each group. The control group was only given routine treatment, and the study group was given Banxia Xiexin decoction treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups reduced, the scores of role function, cognitive function, social function and physical function increased, and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer, which is worthy of clinical application.
