烹饪油烟颗粒物对大鼠肺损伤作用的研究

摘    要:目的探讨烹饪油烟颗粒物对大鼠支气管肺组织损伤作用。方法采集并分析烹饪油烟可吸入颗粒物后,染毒大鼠,观察肺组织病理形态的变化,测定肺泡灌洗液中白细胞总数和分类计数及肺匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果烹饪组的病理改变以炎症反应为主,组内白细胞数、巨噬细胞数、中性粒细胞数和淋巴细胞数均显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。烹饪组的MDA增高,SOD和GSH-Px降低,各指标与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论烹饪油烟可吸入颗粒物诱发大鼠肺损伤可能与活性氧介导的炎症反应有关。

Abstract:Objective To study effect of heated cooking oil smoke on lung injury in rats. Methods Particles at kitchen were collected,analyzed and PM10- treat model of rats were established. Histopathological changes in lung tissue were observed. The counts and classification of total leukocyte in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondiadehyde (MDA) in lung homogenate were measured.Results The counts of total leukocyte, macrophage and neutrophils in PM10- treat group were increased significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, MDA in heated cooking oil smoke group increased significantly, while SOD and GSH-Px decreased significantly (P<0.05). The pathological changes in heated cooking oil smoke group indicated that it could cause airway injury.Conclusion Lung injury induced by heated cooking oil smoke particulates may be related to reactive oxygen species activity.
