摘    要:目的:调查和分析男性教师高尿酸血症(HUA)与HUA合并代谢综合征(MS)的相关因素,探讨其预防措施。方法:采用病例对照研究。调查饮食和疾病史,检测生化指标。统计方法采用多分类Logistic回归。结果:体重指数、收缩压、高胆同醇、高甘油三脂、啤酒、海鲜、血脂异常病史与HUA及HUA合并MS的危险性升高相关,而HDL—C、饮茶、蔬菜被证实为两组不同疾病的保护性因素。结论:HUA与MS这两种疾病相互影响,应根据两者的病因及其与相关疾病的关系,采取较为有效措施,达到早期的预防。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate and analyze the relevant factors between hyperuricemia and hyperuricemia combined with metabolic syndrome among male teachers, and explore the preventive measures. Methods: By case-control study. The diet and disease history were investigated, the biochemical index and the general physical data were measured. Muhinomial Logistic regression was used. Results: Multiple stepwise by multinomial Logistic regression model showed that BMI, systolic blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, beer, seafood and history of dyslipidemia were all related with increased risk of hyperuricemia and hyperuricemia combined with metabolic syndrome. However, HDL-C,drinking tea and increases of vegetables were confirmed to be protective factors of the two different diseases. Conclusion:As hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome interacts on each other, more effective measures should be taken to achieve early prevention on the basis of both the causes of disease and the relationship with related diseases.
