| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨扩张性心肌病患者行外科手术的麻醉方法及围麻醉期管理的重点.方法 5例扩张性心肌病患者行外科手术的麻醉方法:其中2例采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉、3例采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉加全麻.总结分析此类病人的麻醉方法和围麻醉期处理经验.结果 5例扩张性心肌病患者全部安全度过手术治疗关.痊愈出院.结论 对扩张性心肌病的患者进行手术治疗应当以维护病人的心功能和心率和术后继续心功能支持作为围麻醉期管理为重点.

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the anaesthetic methods and emphasis of anaesthetic management in the operation of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods To retrospective analysis the experiences of anaesthesia in the operation of five cases of the dilated cardiomyopathy. Results Two cases received epidural block anaesthesia and the other 3 cases combined epidural block anaesthesia and general anaesthesia. All cases passed the perianaesthesia and peri-operation safely. Conclusions In operation of the dilated cardiomyopathy, the emphasis of anaesthetic management should be the safeguard of the heart rate and the continued support of the heart function after operation. |
