抗痫胶囊治疗小儿癫痫301例——附西药对照组100例

40 1例小儿癫痫 (风痰闭阻证 ) 患者 ,随机分治疗组 30 1例 ,应用小儿抗痫胶囊治疗 ,对照组1 0 0例 ,应用鲁米那。结果显示治疗组总有效率 73.8% ,显著高于对照组的 6 1 .0 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,并且治疗组副反应轻微 ( 2 .3 3 % ) ,明显优于对照组 ( 3 7.0 % ) 。提示 :小儿抗痫胶囊治疗小儿癫痫疗效好 ,服用安全

301 cases of infantile epilepsy treated with capsules for anti-epilepsy

The subject of this study were 401 children with epilepsy(wind-phlegm blockage syndrome).First 301 children were randomly selected to form the experimental group.They were then treated with anti-epilepsy capsules especially for children.The rest 100 subjects made up the control group and still took Lum ina.The results showed that antiepilepsy capsules were effective for 73.8% of the experimental group whereas Lum ina was only effective for 61.0% of the control group( P <0.05).In addition,the side effects of anti-epilepsy were slight(only 2.33%),much lower than that of Lum ina,which were 37.0%.This study indicated that anti-epilepsy capsules were more effective and safer for children with epilepsy.
