中药治疗肠传性病毒性肝炎236例疗效观察

中药“三方”治疗一种新型肠传性病毒性肝炎（TTV）患者236例，随机分组，养肝解毒降酶汤（一方）84例，保肝降酶汤（二方）132例，保肝解毒汤（三方）20例。分别口服15天。结果，改善临床感冒样症状、肝区不适、乏力、纳差、腹胀等主要临床表现，一方优于二方、三方。治疗后较治疗前ALT下降率提高一方组较二方组、三方组差异具有显著性（P＜0.01）。一方组总有效率为70.2%，较二方组（33.3%）、三方组（30.0%）差异有显著性（P＜0.01)。提示以清热利湿、护肝健脾、解毒化瘀、降酶退黄中药组成的养肝解毒降酶汤是治疗肠传性病毒性肝炎的有效方剂。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of 236 Cases of Intestine-Infectious Virus Hepatitis Treated with Chinese Drugs

Effects of Lu Jiao Fang on myocardial fibrosis and plasma aldosterone(ALD) content in the rat with increase of pressure-loading were investigated for approach to the machanism of anti-myocardial fibrosis. Left ventricular mass index(LVMI), myocardial collagen I,II III and plasma ALD content were observed. Results showed that LVMI in the model group was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group (P<0.001),in the Lu Jiao Fang group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.01); Collagen I in the model group increased significantly(P<0.01) as compared with that in the sham operation group,and in the Lu Jiao Fang group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.01); Plasma ALD content in the model group was higher than that in the sham operation group(P<0.001),and it was decreased in the Lu Jiao Fang group(P<0.001). It is proved that plasma ALD level in the rat with increase of pressure-loading enhances;Lu Jiao Fang has against myocardial fibrosis of the rat,which may be related with the decrease of plasma ALD level.
