| 摘 要： | 目的]了解城市社区居民高血压患病情况及相关影响因素,为采取有针对性的措施提供科学依据。方法]2005年,对广州市东山区成人慢病相关危险因素监测所获资料进行分析。结果]调查570名18~69岁常住居民,高血压患病率为20.35%、标化患病率为18.63%。非条件Logistic回归分析结果,年龄、每周锻炼次数、体重指数、腰臀比是社区居民高血压患病的主要影响因素,RR值分别为2.26、0.72、2.29、1.53。结论]东山区城市社区居民高血压患病率较高,年龄大、缺少体育运动、肥胖和向心性肥胖是高血压的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective]To identify the factors related to hypertension in Dongshan District of Guangzhou.Methods]The data of 570 residents were collected and analysed in Dongshan district of Guangzhou in 2005.Results]Of 570 people from 18 to 69 years,the crude hypertension prevalence rate was 20.35%,The age-adjusted hypertension prevalence rate was 17.73%,Multinomial Logistic models show that the major relative risk factors of hypertension were age,poor exercise,Body mass index(BMI) and waiststern ratio with respectively RR 2.26,0.72,2.29,1.53.Conclusion]The adult hypertension prevalence rate of Dongshan district was higher.Age,lack of exercise,high BMI and waist circumference(WC) were risk factors for hypertension. |
