| 摘 要： | 目的评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)对角膜内皮细胞影响。方法对36例(67只眼)术前屈光度数为-2.00～-14.50D,平均(-7.21±2.96)D近视患者行LASIK治疗,按切削后角膜基质的厚度分为两组:A组250～300μm,B组>300μm,各组患者于术前和术后1周及3、12个月进行角膜内皮镜的检查,观察角膜内皮细胞形态和内皮细胞密度。结果LASIK术前和术后1周及3、12个月角膜内皮细胞形态无明显改变,术前和术后1周及3、12个月角膜内皮细胞密度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论LASIK不引起中央部角膜内皮细胞密度和形态的改变,是矫正近视的一种安全有效的屈光手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of LASIK on the human corneal endothelium.Methods 67 eyes of myopia or astigmatism(36 patients)underwent LASIK,ranging from-2.00--14.50D(-7.21±2.96D).The eyes were divided into two groups according to the depth measured after the ablation of excimer laser.Group A(39 eyes)were 250-300μm,Group B(28 eyes)were 300μm and more;corneal endothelial changes and cell density(cell/mm2)at preoperation;post-operation 1week,3 months,and 12 months were observed and analyzed.Results Preoperative data were compared with those obtained 1 week,3 months,12 months after LASIK,endothelium density in two groups there was no significant morphological changes(P>0.05).Conclusion LASIK can not lead to corneal endothelial changes in endothelium density and morphology.It is a safe refractive surgery for correcting high myopia. |
