修补腹横筋膜改良福克森斜疝修补术(附200例临床分析)

目的探讨相同组织腹股沟斜疝修补的新手术方式。方法后壁重叠缝合腹横筋膜,前壁将腹外斜肌腱膜内侧缘与腹股沟韧带缝合,将腹外斜肌腱膜外侧缘与腹直肌前鞘缝合的200例行修补腹横筋膜改良福克森(Ferguson’s)斜疝修补术患者(B组),与180例行单补片修补后壁患者(A组)进行疗效对比。结果2组手术平均时间、术中出血、住院时间,差异无统计学意义。两组患者随访,A组的复发率为0.5%,B组的复发率为1.0%(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论采取修补腹横筋膜改良福克森斜疝修补术,是首发腹股沟斜疝修补的理想术式。

Clinical Analysis on Improved Ferguson's Hernia Repair with Repair of Transversalic Fascia

In the front Spermatic cord, Ventrolateral oblique aponeurosis to the medial suture fate and inguinal ligament, Oblique aponeurosis lateral to ventrolateral fate with the rectus abdominis sheath suture ago. A Group： Single - patch repair in patients with posterior wall. Results Coup 2 mean operative time, blood loss, hospitalization time, there was no significant difference; Two groups of patients with follow- up, A group for relapse rate was 0.5%, B group the relapse rate was 1.0% （ P 〉 0.05）, there was no significant difference. Conclusion The improved Ferguson＇s abdominal hernia repair oblique indirect inguinal hernia repair, the transverse fascia repair, might be ideal for first operation.
