化疗并高频透热治疗中晚期胃癌的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察化疗并高频透热治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法采用随机分组化疗(包括喜树碱、5-氟尿嘧啶)并高频透热和单用化疗(化疗方案同治病组)治疗中晚期胃癌43例。按WHO癌症治疗客观疗效评定标准判断疗效。结果治疗组有效率、平均缓解期、中位生存期分别为78.3%、7.4±1.5个月、11.0±2.1个月、对照组分别为55.0%、4.7±1.2个月、6.5±1.8个月。两组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论化疗并高频透热可有效延长中晚期胃癌患者生存期,并明显改善其生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of treatment of middle and late gastric cancers with chemotherapy combined with high frequency diathermy.Methods From 1972,2 to 1999,7 43 cases of middle and late stage gastric cancers were treated. They were divided at random into 2 groups; 23 cases received chemotherapy combined with high frequncy diathermy as treatment group and the other 20 cases received chemotherapy alone. Results In the treatment group the effective rate, the average response times and median survival time were 78.3%, 7.4±1.5 months and 11.0±2.1 months respectively, and in the control group they were 55.0%,4.7±1.2 months and 6.5±1.8 months respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of chemotherapy combined with high frequency diathermy is apparently better than chemotherapy alone in treating middle and late gastric cancers.
