| 摘 要： | 20例喉癌患者随机分成颈丛阻滞加气管内麻醉(CPB EA)组和单纯气管内麻醉(EA)组, 每组10例.两组分别于麻醉前、麻醉诱导后、气管插管期间及术中监测HR、SBp、DBp、MAP变化,并对两组的全麻药需用量进行比较.结果显示虽然两组均不能完全控制麻醉诱导插管期间的心血管副反应,但CPB EA组与EA组相比,HR、DBp、MAP均有显著性差异(P<0.05),SBp有极显著性差异(P

| Abstract: | Twenty patients with laryngocarcinoma were equally randomly divided into two groups :cervi-cal plexus block plus endotracheal anesthesia (CPB EA) group (n=10) and single endotracheal anesthesia (EA)group (n = 10). The changes in HR, SBp, DBp, M AP and the total dose of the narcotic were compared between the two groups before anesthesia,after general anesthesia induction,during the period of tracheal intubation and operation. The results showed that both CPB EA and single EA could not completely control the cardiovascular side effects during general anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation,but HR,DBp,MAP and SBp was significantly higher in CPB EA group than in EA group (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05) ,that total dose of the narcotic in the CPB EA group was significantly less than in EA group(P<0. 01). |
