多器官保存液的实验研究和临床应用进展

摘    要:UW液是目前器官移植中常用的多器官保存液,HTK液、Celsior液在肾脏、肝脏、胰腺移植中的应用也日益成熟,逐渐成为UW液可靠的替代品。最新研究发现向现有器官保存液中加入保护性因子可以减轻低温缺血损伤,改善器官保存效果。本文对近期多器官保存液实验研究和临床应用进展作一综述。

Abstract:UW solution has bean considered the gold standard for abdominal organ preservation. Celsior solution and HTK solution, with low potassium and low viscosity, are becoming more widely used in the preservation of the kidney, liver and pancreas, and are gradually accepted as an ideal alternative for UW solution. Recent studies have found that addition of trophic factors can attenuate hypothermic ischemic injury to the donor organ, thus improving the preservation outcome. This paper reviews the progress in laboratory research and looks foward to the clinical application of multi-organ preservation solution.
