摘    要:目的探讨荧光定量PCR技术在检测临床标本中结核分枝杆菌的应用价值。方法通过荧光定量PCR技术鉴定350株临床分离株,进行结核分枝杆菌的菌种鉴定和定量分析,同时进行抗酸染色和培养法。结果荧光定量PCR、染色和培养法阳性检出率分别为38.8%(128/330),21.8%(72/330),29.7%(98/330),提高阳性检出率(涂阴)16.97%(56/330),菌种鉴定特异性实验符合率为100%。结论荧光定量PCR技术是一种快速、敏感、特异性强的结核分枝杆菌辅助诊断方法。

Real time-FQ-PCR Application in the Detection and Study of M.tuberculosis

Abstract:Objective Discusses Real time-FQ-PCR application value in the detection and study of clinical specimen of M tuberculosis. Method Identification strain and real-time analysis of M. tuberculosis by identified 350 Clinical Isolated Strains of M. tuberculosis with Real time-FQ-PCR,acid-fast staining and culture had been done as contrast control at the same time. Result The detection rates of Real time-FQ-PCR,staining and culture is 38.8% (128/330) ,21.8% (72/330) ,29.7% (98/330) respectively. The detection rates was been increased 16. 97% (56/330) high than staining,the coincidence rate of the specificity of identification strain by real time-FQ-PCR was 100%. Conclusion Real time-FQ-PCR is a fast,sensitive and specificity method in auxiliary diagnosis of M. tuberculosis.
