BALB／c小鼠感染都兰利什曼原虫后抗原／抗原抗体复合物的检测

采用能使动物及人致皮肤什曼病的都兰利什曼原虫接种２只ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠，分别于５、１０、３０、６０和９０天剖检，结果仅在小鼠后足垫皮肤组织涂片中查见原虫，而肝脏、脾脏和骨髓组织涂片均未能查到利什曼原虫。同时以ＨＲＰ－Ｗ１Ｃ１０８．３进行ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ试验，检测感染小鼠足垫皮肤组织内抗原及血清内抗原抗体复合物的情况，结果显示，ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠在感染都兰利什曼原虫的第５天起，其皮肤组织与血清妤 呈阳

Detection of Antigen/Antigen Antibody Complex in BALB/c Mice Infected with Leishmania turanica

Twenty-two inbred BALB/c mice were subcutaneously inoculated with L. turanica,then dis-sected to examine the presence of leishmania parasites on 5,10,30,60 and 90d respectively. Parasites were on-ly found in the smears of footpat of the hend legs of mice,but no parasite was found in the smears of spleen,liver and bone marrow. Then HRP-McAb WIC 108.3 for direct bot-ELISA was used to detect antigen/anti-gen antibody complex in the dermal tissue of foot-pad in the 22 infected BALB/c mice,The result showed thatpositive reaction of serum and dermal tissue appeared in all the 22 BALB/c mice from 5d and the positive re-action titer rose up gradually as infection time went on and the parasitemia increased.
