摘    要:采用小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞无血清培养建立神经细胞老化实验研究模型。以倒置相差显微镜观察精氨酸加压素(AVP)、神经降压素(NT)和强啡肽(DYN)对老化过程中实验性神经细胞培养不同时间存活细胞个数的影响。结果发现NT和DYN都可使细胞存活个数增加(P<0.01)。提示这两种神经肽皆可延长实验性神经细胞的培养寿命而延缓细胞的老化进程,但不能阻止细胞老化的总趋势。

Abstract:Serum-free culture of mouse neuroblastoma cell was used as the experimental model and the total number of the cells was studied as the index of neuronal aging. The results implied that the neuroblastoma eclls in serum-free culture change from division and reproduction into differentiation and maturation, reflecting the processes of neuronal aging. After addition of arginine-vasopressin (AVP), neurotentsin (NT) and dynorphen (DYN) separately into culture media, the results revealed that NT and DYN increased total number of cells (P<0. 01) and suggested that NT and DYN have the influence on total number of cells in the direction of delaying neuronal aging. The interrelationship between neuropeptides and neuronal aging merits further investigation.
