| 摘 要： | 目的:研究红元胶囊的抗炎镇痛效果.方法:采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿试验、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀度实验、甲醛致小鼠疼痛反应实验、0.6%醋酸致小鼠疼痛反应实验.结果:红元胶囊经口服给药可抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿和小鼠二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀,可降低甲醛致小鼠疼痛反应分值,对0.6%醋酸所致小鼠疼痛有明显镇痛作用.结论:红元胶囊有抗炎镇痛作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pharmacodynamics effect of hongyuan capsule on anti-inflammation and analgesia Methods The test of cotton ball induced granuloma in rats,the experiment on dimethybenzene induced tumefaction of auricle in mice,the experiment of painful induced by foumaldehyde in mice,and the experiment of painful reaction induced by 0.6% acetic acid in mice were used. Results Hongyuan capsule could inhibit the cotton ball-induced granuloma,inhibit the tumefaction of auricle in mice,decrease the score of formaldyhyde induced painful reation and had sigmnificant analgesic effect on acetic acid induced pain reaction. Conclusion Hongyuan capsule has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. |
