安特颗粒治疗支气管哮喘的药效学实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨安特颗粒治疗支气管哮喘的疗效.方法:采用豚鼠磷酸组胺引喘实验、小鼠耐缺氧实验、小鼠负重游泳实验、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀实验等进行研究.各项实验中分别取实验动物50只,随机分为5组:安特颗粒大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组,以及阳性对照组(桂龙咳喘宁)和阴性对照组(生理盐水).将各组分别灌胃注入相应药物,每天1次,第五天灌胃后1小时后测定不同药物在各项实验中的影响.结果:实验组能增强豚鼠对磷酸组胺所致哮喘的抵抗力;增强小鼠的耐缺氧能力和负重游泳能力;抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀;抑制蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀等方面,与阴性对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05).与阳性对照组比较,多数指标无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:本实验研究表明安特颗粒具有平喘、耐缺氧、耐疲劳作用;同时还具有抗炎作用.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ante granule, a brand of traditional Chinese medicine, on bronchial as thma. Methods: 50 cases were divided into five groups: Ante grou ps (big dosage, moderate dosage and small dosage groups), Guilong Kechuanning gr oup, and Saline group. Different medicine was given into stomach once per day. O n the fifth day, when the medicine has been administered for one hour, the effec ts of every group were detected respectively on guinea pig's cough caused by his tamine phosphate, on mice's hypoxia survival time on mice'sloaded-swimming time and on anti-inflamation. Results: On guinea pig's cough caused b y histamine phosphate, the curing effect of Ante granule was shown to be superio r to that in the blank group(P<0.01). On mice's hypoxia survival time and swimming time with load, the effects of Ante granule were shown to be superior to those in the blank group too(P<0.01), and Ante granu le plays a part in arresting the mice's auricular tumefaction and the rat's meta tarsal tumefaction(P<0.01). Conclusions: Ante gr anule plays a significant role in curing asthma, increasing the resistance to an oxia and fatigue, and has anti-inflammatory effect.
