| 摘 要： | 目的：探计检测血清ＥＢ－ＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ和ＥＡ－Ｄ－ＩｇＧ抗体水平对鼻咽癌的诊断意义，方法；酶免疫法。检测后疗前后鼻咽癌９１例，鼻咽部炎症２０例和正常人３０例。结果：各种抗全对治疗前鼻咽癌敏感性分别为ＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ９０．９％、ＩｇＧ９１．４％，ＩｇＭ１１．５％和ＥＡ－Ｄ－ＩｇＧ６５．７％。结论：同时检测ＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ和ＥＡ－Ｄ－ＩｇＧ两项抗全更有助于对鼻咽癌的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of detecting serum EB - VCA - IgA, IgG, IgM and EA - D - IgG antibody levels in the diagnosis of nasopharenygeal carcinoma. Methods Detection was made on 91 nasopharenygeal carcinoma cases, 20 na- sopharenygeal inflammation cases and 30 healthy cases by using ELISA before and after the operation. Results The sensitivity of the antibodies before the treatment were VCA - IgA 90. 0%, IgG 91. 4%, IgM 11. 5% and EA - D - IgG 65. 7%. Conclusion Detection of VCA - IgA and EA - D - IgG could improve the diagnosis of nasopharenygeal carcinoma. |
