国产与进口羟丙甲纤维素作为缓释骨架材料的比较研究

摘    要:目的考察国产与进口羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)作为缓释骨架材料的差异。方法以盐酸青藤碱为模型药物,比较两者所制备的样品在理化性质、片剂制备工艺及缓释效果等方面的差异。结果在理化性质、片剂制备工艺方面,国产HPMC稍逊于进口HPMC,但在缓释效果上两者(同黏度)之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论可用国产HPMC替代进口HPMC作为缓释骨架材料。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the difference between domestic and imported HPMC as sustained-release matrix material. Methods Sinomenine hydrochloride was used as a model drug to compare the differences in the physical and chemical properties, tablets preparation technology and sustained- release effect between the two prepared samples. Results In the physical and chemical properties, tablet prepara- tion technology, the domestic HPMC was slightly inferior to the imported HPMC, however, in the sustained release effect, the two products (similar to viscosity)had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The domestic HPMC may replace the imported HPMC as a sustained- release matrix material.
