双瓣替换术后低心输出量综合征时IABP的应用

报告１９８５年６月至１９９４年１２月期间应用主动脉内坏囊反搏（ＩＡＢＰ）抢救１８例双瓣替换术后重度低心排病人的体会。本组病人抢救成功率为７７．８％（１４／１８），明显高于未用ＩＡＢＰ同类病人抢救成功率。作者认为ＩＡＢＰ是抢救心脏外科术后危重病人的有效措施，并提出施行ＩＡＢＰ过程中须注意的有关问题。还讨论使用ＩＡＢＰ的适应证、时机选择及主要并发症的处理。

Application of Intra-aortic Balloon Pumping in Treatment of Severe Low Cardiac Output Syndrome Following Double ValveReplacement

This atricle reports the experience and indications of employment of IABP in patients with severe low cardiacoutput (LCO)following DVR (MVR AVR)From June ,1985 to December ,1994,IABP was used on 18 such patients The survival rate in this group of patients was 77.8%(14/18), that is significantly higher than that in a former group of DVR cases complicated with severe LCO not assisted by IABP The authors conclude IABP is an effective measure in the treatment of severe LCO following cardiac surgery Its earlier institution might be able to reverse the adverse effect of tissue ischemia brought by the low systemic perfusion Precaution should be taken to prevent the common complications of prolonged use of I-ABP,such as ischemia of the spinal cord,insufficient perfusion of the kidneys and the lower extremities and blood infection
