海马缺锌对大鼠学习记忆的影响

摘    要:本实验以大鼠穿梭箱主动回避反应(AAR)的习得为学习记忆指标,采用了行为观察和脑内电活动记录的方法,通过低锌(ZD)、常锌(ZN)大鼠模型,研究了海马内锌在学习记忆中的作用。结果为:ZD组体重增长值、饲料效价、血清锌、海马锌、AAR习得率及海马CA1区的长时程突触增强效应明显低于ZN组,提示海马内锌可增强海马突触的传导,促进学习记忆。

Abstract:The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of the intrahippocampal zinc on rat's hippocampus in learning and memory functions, the active avoidance response (AAR) being used as the index, combining with the behavioral and electrophysiological experiments.It was found that: (1) The valence of the weight gaining and the feed efficacy in the zinc deficiency (ZD) group was significantly lower than that of the zinc normality (ZN)group, which indicated that zinc deficiency might depress the growth of the rats. (2) The contents of zinc in the serum and hippocampus of the ZD group were evidently lower than that of the ZN group, which might result from the dietary deficiency of zinc. (3)The ZD group's ability of AAR learning and memory was significantly lower than ZN group, Which suggested that zinc might have an effect on the learning and memory of rats.(4) The evoked rate of Long-term potentiation (LTP) in ZN gronp was obviously highter than in ZD group.All the results suggested that the hippocampal zinc could enhance hippocampal synaptic transmission and effect of LTP so as to improve the ability of learning and memory of the rats.
