Sysmex XE-2100D全自动血细胞分析仪嗜酸性粒细胞散点图与检测结果的相关性探讨

目的探讨日本SysmexXE-2100D全自动血细胞分析仪提示的嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,Eo)散点图与计数结果的相关性。方法采用SysmexXE-2100D全自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规检测,对Eo增高(8.0%)的标本,同时进行手工法白细胞分类计数,进行检测比对,并观察仪器分类散点图变化。结果在500例Eo增高的标本中仪器法与手工法结果相符488例,约占97.6%,仪器分类散点图均显示红色的Eo区域与蓝色的中性粒细胞(neutrophilic granulocyte,N)区域之间间距明显、界限清晰无融合;仪器法与手工法结果不相符12例,约占2.4%,仪器分类散点图均显示红色的Eo区域与蓝色的N区域之间间距变小、界限不明显甚至融合。结论日本SysmexXE-2100D全自动血细胞分析仪采用半导体激光流式细胞技术结合核酸荧光染色技术进行细胞计数和分类,能准确分出Eo,但当分类散点图出现不规则变化时,必须结合手工白细胞分类计数法进行复片检测。

Study on correlation between scatter diagrams of eosinophile granulocyte by hematology analyzer XE-2100D and detecting results of hand tests

Objective To study the correlation and difference between the scatter diagrams of eosinophile granulocyte by the automated hematology analyzer（Sysmex XE-2100D） and detecting results by hand tests,so as to provide a reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods All the blood routines were accomplished by the automated hematology analyzer（Sysmex XE-2100D） firstly,but the samples with the counting proportion of eosinophile granulocyte over 8% were examined and counted by hands.The scatter diagrams of the analyzer and results of hand tests were analyzed.Results There were 488 samples with the same detecting results by automated hematology analyzer and by hand tests in all the 500 samples（97.6%）.The different results were present in 12 samples by the two test methods in the 500 samples（2.4%）.The scatter diagrams of the same results showed that the distribution areas of eosinophile granulocyte and neutrophilic granulocyte were distinctly separated,but in the other scatter diagrams with different result compared by hand tests the distribution areas of eosinophile granulocyte and neutrophilic granulocyte were indistinct.Conclusion All the detecting results by the automated hematology analyzer（Sysmex XE-2100D） were exact and authentic,but the samples,which detecting results had indistinct scatter diagrams of eosinophile granulocyte and neutrophilic granulocyte,needed to do examination again by hands.
