维生素E对减压病家兔循环血小板内5-羟色胺释放的影响

摘    要:实验用雄性家兔,先进行用药前的对照实验:肌肉注射维生素E赋形剂后,用压缩空气加压至707 kPa(7 ATA)。停留30min后,以3min等速减到常压。出舱后动物均发生严重减压病。出舱后10min血浆中5-HT显著增高,循环血小板中5-HT明显减少,致密颗粒消失。病兔均予以加压治疗并治愈。用维生素E实验:治愈后15~20天,肌注维生素E(30mg/kg)后,接前述加压-减压方案处理,出舱后均不予再加压。除1例外,其他家兔均无异常表现。出舱后10min的血浆及血小板中5-HT浓度接近加压前的值,血小板的超微结构也无变化。最后进行用药后的对照实验,其步骤与用药前对照相同,出舱后均发生减压病。作者认为,维生素E预防家兔实验性减压病可能由于阻止或减少了血小板及内储存颗粒中生物活物质的释放,从而减轻或防止血管内凝血。

Abstract:The present study was carried out in healthy male rabbits.Firstly, the animals were compressed to 707 kPa(7ATA)with compressed air,stayed for 30 min and were decompressed to surface within 3 min The animals suffered from serious decompression sickness.The serotonin of plasma was significantly higher,the circulating platelets were obviously lower and storage granules of circulating platelets disappared at 10 min after they returned to surface.The animals suffered from decompression sickness were recompressed and cured Secondly,after being cured,the animals were given vitamin E(i.m)(30mg/kg)at 15-20 days and were compressed-decompressed on the above schedule.The serotonin of plasma and circulating platelets were closed to that of pre-compression Ultrastructure of circulating platelets was normal.Finally, the animals were compressed-decompressed on the above procedure.The animals suffered from decompression sickness It is concluded that vitamin E has protective effects on rabbits decompression sickness due to the retardation of the release of serotonin and bioactive substance in storage granules of circulating platelets so as to alleviate or impede intravascular coagulation
