快速康复医护一体化管理模式在机器人辅助腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术及原位“U”形回肠新膀胱患者中的应用

目的:探讨快速康复医护一体管理模式在机器人辅助腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术(RARC)及原位“U”形回肠新膀胱患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将42例膀胱尿路上皮癌行RARC及原位“U”形回肠新膀胱患者按护理方法不同分为对照组22例和观察组20例,对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组实施快速康复医护一体化管理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后排气时间、术后排便时间、术后住院时间及控尿率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:快速康复医护一体化管理模式在RARC及原位“U”形回肠新膀胱患者中应用安全、有效,可减轻患者疼痛程度,促进肠道功能恢复,缩短术后住院时间,提高术后控尿率,改善围术期就诊体验。

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Care Integrated Management Model in the Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy and Bladder Cancer in Situ"U"Shape Patients with Ileum New Bladder

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of rapid rehabilitation care integrated management model in the robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and bladder cancer(RARC)in situ"U"shape patients with ileum new bladder.Methods:A total of 42 cases of in situ"U"shape patients with ileum new bladder were divided into the control group and th observation group acoording to differenr nursing methods,with 22 cases in the control group and 20 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group implemented rapid rehabilitation care integration management mode;Comparison was made on nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The postoperative anal exhaust time,defecation time,hospital stay and urine control rate were significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.01).The postoperative pain numerical scores(NRS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated management model of rapid rehabilitation and medical care is safe and effective in RARC,which can reduce postoperative pain response,promote intestinal function recovery,shorten postoperative hospital stay,improve postoperative urine control rate and improve perioperative medical experience.
