“洞察-应答-支持”情绪疏导法在小儿静脉输液中的应用

目的:探讨“洞察-应答-支持”情绪疏导法在小儿静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:将2020年6月1日~9月1日在门诊进行静脉输液的101例患儿作为对照组,给予常规静脉穿刺护理;将2020年10月1日~12月1日101例静脉输液患儿作为研究组,在对照组基础上给予“洞察-应答-支持”情绪疏导法。比较两组患儿穿刺依从性(采用穿刺依从性问卷)、疼痛程度采用儿童疼痛行为评估量表(FLACC)]、一次性穿刺成功率、输液时脱针、渗漏及家属配合度。结果:研究组穿刺依从性、一次性穿刺成功率及家属配合度均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组FLACC评分、输液脱针及渗漏率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“洞察-应答-支持”情绪疏导法对静脉穿刺患儿的治疗依从性和穿刺成功率有明显改善作用,同时能够提高家属满意度。

Appllication of"Insight-Response-Support"Emotional Counseling in Children with Venipuncture

Objective:To explore the application effect of"insight-response-support"emotional counseling in children with venipuncture.Methods:A total of 101 children patients who went to outpatient department for intravenous infusion during June 1-September 1,2020 were selected as the control group and were given routine venipuncture nursing.101 children with intravenous infusion during October 1-December 1,2020 were selected as the experimental group,and were given"insight-response-support"nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Comparison was made on the puncture compliance(compliance questionnaire)and pain levelThe Face,Legs,Activity,Cry,Consolability Behavioral Tool(FLACC)]between the two groups.The success rate of one-time puncture and needle removal,leakage and family cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results:The puncture compliance,success rate of one-time puncture and cooperation of family members in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FLACC scores,infusion needle removal rate and leakage rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Insight-response-support"emotional counseling can significantly improve the treatment compliance and puncture success rate in children with venipuncture,and meanwhile improve the satisfaction among the family members.
