纽曼系统模式干预在肝硬化腹水患者护理中的应用

目的:探讨纽曼系统干预在肝硬化腹水患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月1日~2019年6月30日收治的100例肝硬化腹水患者依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例;对照组给予常规干预措施,观察组在常规干预基础上给予纽曼系统干预;比较两组干预前后睡眠质量采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]评分、心理状况采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、生活质量采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]评分、肝功能指标及Child-Pugh评分。结果:两组干预后PSQI各因子评分及总分、SAS评分、SDS评分、肝功能指标肝功能指标及Child-Pugh评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施纽曼系统模式干预能有效改善肝硬化腹水患者睡眠质量,缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量及肝功能。

Application of Newman System Mode Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis Ascites

Objective:To explore the application effect of Newman system intervention in nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis ascites.Methods:From January 1,2018 to June 30,2019,100 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis ascites according to the random number table method were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group;The control group was given conventional intervention,the observation group based on the conventional intervention was given Newman system intervention;Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on sleep qualitythe Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]scores,mental statusby the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)]scores,quality of lifeby health survey profiles(SF-36)],liver function index and Child-Pugh scores.Results:The two group′s PSQI factor scores and total scores after the intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores,liver function index of liver function index and Child-Pugh scores were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of Newman system model intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality in patients with liver cirrhosis ascites,alleviate the negative emotions,and improve the quality of life and function of liver.
