基于授权理论的自制动画教育联合亲情干预对癫痫患儿自尊水平、心理状态的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨基于授权理论的自制动画教育联合亲情干预对癫痫患儿自尊水平、心理状态的影响。方法:选择2019年2月1日~2020年2月1日神经内科就诊的942例癫痫患儿,根据信封法分为观察组485例和对照组457例,对照组给予常规抗癫痫治疗及亲情干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于授权理论的自制动画教育,两组均干预3个月。比较两组干预前后自尊水平采用罗森伯格自尊心量表(SES)、缺陷感量表(FIS)]、心理状态采用儿童焦虑情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)],比较两组干预前、出院后自我概念水平采用儿童自我概念量表(CSCS)]与生活质量采用癫痫儿童生活质量量表(QOLCE)]、家属满意度。结果:干预后,两组SES、FIS评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组SCARED、DSRSC评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);出院后,两组CSCS、QOLCE评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于授权理论的自制动画教育联合亲情干预应用于癫痫患儿护理中,不仅能显著提升患儿自尊水平,消除其自卑心理,还能缓解其焦虑、抑郁状态,对提高自我概念水平及生活质量也具有重要意义,家属满意度较高。

Effect of Self-made Animated Cartoon Education Based on Authorization Theory Combined with Family Intervention on Self-esteem and Mental State in Children with Epilepsy

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of self-made animated cartoon education based on authorization theory combined with family intervention on self-esteem and mental state of children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 942 children with epilepsy treated in the department of neurology during February 1,2019-February 1,2020 were selected and divided into the observation group with 485 cases,and control group with 457 cases.The control group received conventional anti-epileptic treatment and family intervention.On this basis,the observation group received self-made animated cartoon education based on authorization theory,and both groups were given 3 months of intervention.Comparison was made between the two groups on self-esteem and mental state before and after intervention,self-concept and quality of life before intervention and after discharge,and the overall satisfaction of family members.Results:After intervention,the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(SES)scores,the Feelings of Inadequacy Scale(FIS)scores,the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)scores were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The SCARED,the Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)scores were all lower than those before intervetion(P<0.05),and lower in the observation growp than those in the contol growp(P<0.01).The Children′s Self-Concept Scale(CSCS)scores and the Quality of Life in Childhood Epilepsy Questionnaire(QOLCE)scores were all higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The overall satisfaction of family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made animated cartoon education based on authorization theory combined with family intervention in nursing for children with epilepsy can not only significantly improve their self-esteem and eliminate their inferiority complex,but also relieve their anxiety and depression,which is of great significance in improving their self-concept and quality of life,and family members are highly satisfied.
