Application of Nutritional Intervention with i-PARIHS as the Conceptual Framework in Patients with Colorectal Cancer Chemotherapy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application effect of nutritional intervention in patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy based on the conceptual framework of the integrated promoting action on research implementation in health services(i-PARIHS).Methods:A total of 150 cases of colorectal cancer patients during January 1,2018-June 1,2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nutritional intervention,and patients in the observation group received nutritional intervention with i-PARIHS as the conceptual framework.The physical conditions by KPS,BMI,and SGA,side effects,nutritional status including TP,ALB,PA and Hb,immune function and quality of life by QLICP-CR in the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The KPS scores,body mass index(BMI)and subjective overall nutritional status evaluation scale(SGA)scores in the observation group on the 28th and 56th days of chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Serum levels of ALB,PA,TP,Hb,IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group after chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After chemotherapy,the QLICP-CR scale in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional intervention with i-PARIHS as the conceptual framework can significantly improve the nutritional level and quality of life,maintain immune function,and help improve the short-term efficacy of patients. |
