程序化模式疼痛护理对老年非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的影响

目的:探讨程序化模式疼痛护理对老年非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的影响。方法:选择2017年1月1日~2020年6月1日收治的100例老年非小细胞肺癌化疗患者为研究对象。采用简单随机化法将患者分为对照组和实验组各50例,对照组采用常规疼痛护理干预措施,实验组实施程序化模式疼痛护理干预措施;比较两组护理前后临床精神症状情况采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)]、焦虑和抑郁程度采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)],比较两组化疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组SCL-90、SAS、SDS、VAS评分均低于护理前(P<0.01),且实验组均低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组化疗依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对老年非小细胞肺癌化疗患者实施程序化模式疼痛护理干预措施,效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解其疼痛感,提高其化疗依从性及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Effect of Progammed Pain Nursing on Elderly Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To explore the effect of programmed pain nursing on elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer during January 1,2017-June 1,2020 were selected as the experimental subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine pain nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given programmed pain nursing intervention;the SCL-90 scores,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,self rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,chemotherapy compliance and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the SCL-90 scores,SAS scores,SDS scores and VAS scores were lower in the two groups than those before training(P<0.01),and lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01);the total chemotherapy compliance and clinical nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application effect of programmed pain nursing intervention for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve their pain,improve their chemotherapy compliance and clinical nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
