Effect of Three-stage Incentive Nursing Plan on Level of Hope,Family Resilience and Compliance of Exercise in Patients with Lymphoma

Objective:To explore the effect of three-stage incentive nursing plan on level of hope,family resilience,and compliance of exercise in patients with lymphoma.Methods:A total of 59 patients with lymphoma were recruited during January 1,2018 to December 31,2019,and were divided into the observation group with 29 cases and the control group with 30 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received three-stage incentive nursing care on the the basis of the control group.Level of hope by Herth hope nindex(HHI),family resilience,and compliance of exercise were compared between two groups after chemotherapy.Results:There were significant differences in HHI scores,family resilience rating scale total scores and sub-scale scores,and compliance of exercise in comparison with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The three-stage incentive nursing plan can improve the level of hope,family resilience,and compliance of exercise in patients with lymphoma,and improve their quality of life.
