摘    要:目的:测定感染根管冲洗消毒用臭氧液浓度,研究其梯度变化的规律。方法:在臭氧发生后的5 m in开始每隔5 m in取样一次,直至40 m in共8个检样组,与空白对照组一起用碘滴定法测定,确定溶液中臭氧浓度的变化,结果取三重复值的平均值。结果:臭氧液浓度随着臭氧发生装置发生时间延长而增大,在35 m in达到最大值(1.334),40 m in后浓度开始下降。结论:测定了一种新型臭氧仪产生臭氧浓度随时间变化的规律,为进一步的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:AIM:To determine the ozone concentration in irrigation and sterilization of the root canal and to investigate the changes of ozone concentration.METHODS:Ozone concentration was determined after formation every(5 min) for 40 min using iodine titration.At the same time a blank group was set up.RESULTS:Ozone concerntration increased with time.At 35 minutes it reached the maximum(1.334),and later declined.CONCLUSION:The ozone concentration curve of a new type of ozone water machine was determined,which would be useful for the further study.
