原发性高尿酸血症患者尿酸化功能及浓缩稀释功能的观察

摘    要:目的:观察原发性高尿酸血症患者肾小球滤过功能正常时,肾小管功能的损害。方法:测定15例患者及25例正常人尿酸化功能,尿渗透压,血,尿肌酐,尿酸,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:患者组尿HCO3-排出增多,NH4^ 排出下降,尿渗透压下降,与正常对照组相比有明显统计学意义。结论:原发性高尿酸血症患者肾小球滤过功能正常时,肾小管功能已受损。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the renal tubular function injury of primary hyperuricemia patients with normal glomerular filtration function. Methods:Fifteen patients and 25 normal control were involved in this study. Urine acidification function, urine osmotic pressure, creatinine and uric acid in serum and urine, were measured. Proper statistic method has been adopted to analyze the data. Results: For the patients,there were statistically increased urine HCO3 output, decreased urine NH 4 output, and decreased urine osmotic pressure. Conclusion: Primary hyperuricemia patients have developed renal tubular injury when the glomerular filtration function is normal.
