胶体液对老年硬膜外麻醉患者血压的影响

目的：探讨胶体液对老年硬膜外麻醉患者血压的影响。方法：选择我院2007年5月-2009年5月60岁以上应用硬膜外麻醉手术患者318例，随机分为研究组162例和对照组156例，比较分析两组麻醉后10min、30min、60min血压下降幅度、患者麻醉前后血压差。结果：研究组麻醉后31例血压下降，占19．14％，发生率显著低于对照组（p〈0．01）；研究组血压下降速度和下降幅度均小于对照组（p〈0．01）。结论：老年患者硬膜外麻醉前输入胶体液，可有效补充、维持血容量，显著减少低血压发生率，降低血压下降速度和幅度。

Study of colloid fluid influenced on blood pressure in elderly patients with epidural anesthesia

Objective： To investigate the colloid fluid influenced on blood pressure in elderly patients with epidural anesthesia. Methods： Randomly divided our hospital 318 elderly patients that more than 60 years old with epidural anesthesia from May 2007 to May 2009 into study group and control group, and comparative analysised the speed and magnitude of blood pressure decreased in two groups. Results： 31cases blood pressure decreased in the study group,and lower than the control group（p〈0.01）; the speed and magnitude of blood pressure decreased were lower than the control group （p〈0.01）.Conelusion： Elderly patients input colloid fluid before epidural anesthesia can effectively supplement to maintain blood volume, significantly reduced the incidence of low blood pressure,lowered speed and magnitude blood pressure decrease.
