护理干预对老年患者腹部CT增强扫描的影响

目的:探讨老年患者腹部CT增强扫描的护理技术诊断效果。方法:选择进行腹部CT增强扫描的老年患者80例。随机分为两组,实验组40例,在增强扫描前、扫描中、扫描后均给予良好的心理护理,同时服用胃肠动力药(吗丁啉或莫沙比利);对照组40例,仅在CT增强扫描前进行心理护理及诊断介绍。结果:实验组40例患者有3例发生轻度过敏反应,38例强化后图像满意,成功率占95.0%,图像2例不清晰;对照组40例患者有3例发生过敏反应,表现为心慌、气短、恶心,31例图像清晰,成功率占77.5%,9例图像模糊。经统计学处理两组比较有明显差异。结论:实验组患者的腹部CT增强扫描效果优于对照组。

The effect of nursing intervention to senile patient''s CT enhancement scanning

Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis effect of nursing in the whole course,which carries the abdomen CT enhancement scanning to the elder patients.Methods: Choose the abdomen CT enhancement scanning 80 elder patients,and the randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group 50 examples,giving the fine mental nursing in the whole course(before,in,and after the scanning),and simultaneously taking the stomach and intestines power medicine,Domperidone Tablets or Mosapride Citrates Tablets.The control group 30 examples,giving mental nursing and the diagnosis introduction only before the scanning.Results: In the experimental group 50 examples,only one example appears mild allergic reaction in the CT enhancement scanning,and 49 clear images and one vague image were obtained,thereby the ratio of success is 98%;In the control group 30 examples,three examples age patient 80 people,stochastically divides into two groups,the eappear allergic reaction,which shows nervousness,asthema,and sickness.27 clear images and three vague images were obtained,thereby the ratio of success is 90%.By the comparison of the two groups,the statistic differences are obvious.Conclusion: The abdomen CT enhancement scanning of the experimental group is superior to the control group.
