万应伤疡膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床研究

万应伤疡膏是治疗骨折、伤筋、疮疡等多种外、伤科疾病的经验方。为了进一步论证其作用机理,评价其疗效、安全性和使用注意事项,我们将其作为试验组,并设狗皮膏为对照组治疗急性软组织损伤,采用单盲随机法进行了较系统的临床观察研究,将软组织损伤的疼痛、肿胀和功能障碍等主要临床表现逐项进行分级评分,分别进行疗效评定,结果显示其疗效明显优于对照组,各项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验证明万应伤疡膏是治疗软组织损伤较理想的外用药。

Clincal Application of Wan Ying Shang Yang Plaster in the Treatment of Acute Soft Tissue Injury

Wanyingshangyang Plaster is a prored recipe for the treatment of many kinds of traumatic injury and surgical diseases.such as fracture,soft tissue injury,pyogenic infection and ulcerous disease of skin. For the further information about its functional mechanism,therapeutic effect,safety and cautions,we used dog-skin-plaster as controlled group to treat acute soft tissue injury and made systems tical clinical observations with single-blind and random test. The main clinical manifestations,such as pain,swelling functional disturbance,etc were evaluated in different grades,then the therapeutic effects were assessed respectively ,the results show that the therapeutic effects in the experimental group are much better than those in the controlled group. There is a significant difference between two groups in all items (P<0. 05). This indicates that Wan Ying Shang Yang Plaster is a good external application plaster for treating acute soft tissue injury.
