复元散对激素性股骨头坏死生化代谢影响的实验研究

摘    要:通过观察复元散对激素性股骨头坏死生化代谢的影响。探讨复元散对激素性股骨头坏死的作用机理。40只雄性新西兰白兔,随机分成模型组激素+复元散组和空白对照组,每隔2周分别进行生化测定。结果显示:A组血清钙,钙磷乘积及骨钙均明显低于B,C组,氨基已糖,羟脯氨酸含量及骨钙盐,氨基已糖与羟脯氨酸比值亦呈下降趋势,低于B,C组。表明复元散可促进生化代谢,纠正负钙平衡,促进基质合成和钙磷沉积。

Abstract:The experiment study the effects of Fu Yuansan (FYS) on biochemistry metabolism of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head (SINFH).Forty male New Zealand rabbits were radomly divided into model group (A),steroid and FYS group (B) and control group (C).The biochemistry indicators were measured every two weeks.The results showed the serum-calcium,serun-calcium-phosphorous-product and osteocalcium of group A were obiously lowest than those the group B and C (P<0.01,P<0.001);Hexosamine (HOM),hydroxyproline (HOP) and the ratios of Ca/HOP and HOM/HOP of group A were also lowest than those of group B and C (P<0.05) .It indicated that the FYS can improve biochemistry metabbolism,namely can correct negative calcium balance,improve syntheses of martix and increase of calcium and phosphorous.
