| 摘 要： | 本文报道了判读46例肝实质、肝血池SPECT断层显像的体会,分析了肝脏SPECT图像中六个正常结构的特点,包括肾脏压迹、门静脉及分枝、下腔静脉、镰状韧带、肝静脉、胆囊窝,其中肝内、外血管结构在肝实质断层和肝血池断层上有良好对应关系。作者认为,肝血池断层显像对于识别肝实质影像上正常血管影像很有价值。

| Abstract: | SPECT liver imaging with both Tc-99m phytate and Tc-99m-RBC were performed on 16 patients with suspected small space-occupying lesions. We analyzed the characteristics of renal fossa,portal.hepatis,inferior vana cava, falciform ligament,hepatic veins and gallbladder fossa in the images. The results showed that there was a good correlation of normal vascular structures between tomographic Tc-99m-phytate and Tc 99m-RBC images. SPECT liver imaging with Tc 99m RBC was a valuable technique fur the identification of normal vascular struaures in the liever. |
