多系统萎缩30例临床报告

目的 报告30例多系统萎缩病例,对如何早期作业临床诊断进行了初步探讨。方法回顾了30例多系统萎缩的临床表现、电生理及影像学特点,以期及早作出诊断。结果 发现本病早期临床表现均不典型,起病至确诊时间平均3.25年。脑干诱发电位、CT、MRI对早期诊断有一定价值。结论本病早期诊断十分困难。对老年前期相继发生锥体系、锥体外系、小脑及植物神经功能障碍、进行性加重又不能其他疾病解释者,应想到本病的可能。

Clinical analysis of 30 cases with multiple system atrophy

Objective To investigate the early clinical diagnosis methods of multiple system atrophy (MSA ).Methods Retrospectively analyse the clinical significances, electrophysiological and image characteristics in 30 patients with MSA. Results we find the atypical clinical significances in the early stage of MSA. The average time from the onset to the difinited diagnosis is 3,25years. In order to diagnosis this disease early,Brainstem evoked potential(BSEP) , CT,MRI are valuable. Conclusion. It is difficult to diagnosis this disease in the early stage. It is wise to cansider this disease if you meet a preold patient with increasing extrapyramidal system,pyramidal system, cerebellar and autonimic nervous system dysfunction but can' t be explainted by the other disease.
