动态监测CA_(125)、CEA对鉴别良恶性胸腔积液的价值

目的:探讨动态检测CA125、CEA在良、恶性胸水中的鉴别诊断价值。方法:在初始和预定时间后分别测定92例良、恶性胸水患者的胸水和血清中CA125、CEA水平。结果:恶性组在一个肿瘤倍增时间后胸水和血清中CA125、CEA较初始时有极显著性差异(P<0.01);良性组胸水及血清中CA125、CEA在30d前、后均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:动态监测胸水和血清中CA125、CEA变化对于鉴别良、恶性胸腔积液有较大应用价值。

Clinical value of dynamic detection of CA125、CEA in the differential diagnosis of pleurai effusion

Objective:To study the differential diagnostic value of dynamic detection of cancer antigen 125 (CA125) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) between the benign and malignant pleural fluid. Methods: In beginning and after due time, the quantity of CA125 and CEA was determined in pleural fluid and serum from patients with the benign or malignant pleural fluid (92 cases). Results: The levels of CA125 and CEA in pleural fluid and serum of patients with malignant pleural fluid were significant difference between one of tumor doubling time and initial time (P<0.01); They was no significant difference in the patients with benign pleural fluid (P>0.05). Conclusion: Dynamic detection of CA125 and CEA in pleural fluid and serum has high clinical volue in the differential diagnosis of pleural effusion
