| 摘 要： | 目的：观察痰热清与头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联用与单用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺部感染的临床疗效。方法：选择老年肺部感染82例，随机分为治疗组42例为痰热清与头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联用组，对照组40例为单用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠组。结果：治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，并能缩短病程，（P〈0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：痰热清注射液联用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺部感染比单用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠疗效好，大大缩短病程，且未发现明显副作用。
