前列腺增生症手术前后雄性激素变化的研究

目的　为了研究、探讨前列腺增生症手术前后雄性激素的变化和对全身的影响。方法　 2 3例前列腺增生症病例分别在手术前 1周和手术后 2周 ,采集血清样本 ,以测定血清中T、FT、DHT浓度 :采用经膀胱耻骨上前列腺内腺体摘除术 ,观察手术前后病人雄激素的改变和性激素改变发生的一系列主诉症状。结果　在前列腺内腺体摘除手术前后 ,血清中T、FT、DHT存在着明显的差异 ,分别下降 34.4 5 % ,33.5 3% ,5 0 .4 1% ,以DHT下降尤为明显 (P <0 .0 0 1)。前列腺摘除术后由于体循环中主要的雄激素明显下降 ,病人有雄激素下降的临床症状。结论　前列腺内腺体摘除术以后血清中雄激素将发生明显的变化 ,对于这个变化临床上应引起重视

Study of sexual hormone variation in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia before and after prostatectomy

Objective To explore and investigate sexual hormone (T?FT?DHT) variation in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) before and after prostatectomy.Methods Plasma T?FT?DHT were measured with radioimmunoassay in 213 cases with BPH,a week before and two week after prostatectomy.The change of T?FT?DHT and its clinical signs was observed pro and postoperatively.Results Plasma T?FT?DHT were declined 34.45%,33.53%,50.41%,respectively ( P <0.001).After prostatectomy,due to the decrease of circulatory T?FT?DHT,its clinical signs may appear.Conclusions After prostatectomy,serum sexual hormone (T?FT?DHT) decreased markedly.We should attach importance to this change of clinic.
