摘    要:目的探讨阿托伐他汀对早期糖尿病肾脏病患者的疗效及其抗氧化应激作用。方法将64例早期糖尿病肾脏病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。待2组患者血糖及血压得到良好控制后进入实验观察阶段,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服阿托伐他汀(20mg/d),对照组口服相同剂量的安慰剂,共12周。比较2组治疗前、后血脂、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)和丙二醛(MDA)。结果与治疗前相比,治疗组治疗后UAER、SCr和MDA均降低(P〈0.05),SOD和GSH—Px均升高(P〈0.05),而对照组治疗前、后以上指标均无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可能通过抑制氧化应激反应发挥肾脏保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on the oxidative stress in patients with early diabetic kidney disease. Methods Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Based on diabetic diet, blood glucose and blood pressure under control, ator vastatin (20 mg/day) was given to the patients in treatment group, and placebo was given to the patients in control group for 12 weeks. Blood lipid, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), serum creatinine (SCr), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GStt Px), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, UAER, SCr and MDA were decreased, and SOD and GSHPx increased in treatment group (P〈0. 05), while in the control group there was no significant difference before and after treatment (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Oxidative stress plays an important role in the development of diabetic kidney disease. Atorvastatin exerts its renal protective role partly by antioxidative effects.
